Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and best-selling novelist. Her talent has earned her world-wide recognition. Sagittarius. The actress was born at the age of 3 in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is the oldest out of three kids who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith, who is a psychologist. The Moore family has English as well as Scottish heritage. Her father was a professional who often moved her family. She had a difficult time making or maintaining acquaintances. Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School in Germany at the time her parents relocated there. Moore began her career in the theatre. She furthered her education through Boston University, graduating in 1983 with the degree of a B.F.A. Thesis in Theater. Moore made the move into New York after graduating and started her professional career in off-broadway theatre. She made her screen debut in 1985 with an episode from The Edge of Night. It was in 1986 that she took on the role that were Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). The show became her biggest break. In 1988 she was an actor in the series and was awarded the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990 she debuted in cinema in the form of Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. She appeared in Short Cuts (1993) and 3 Women (1997) both films by Robert Altman. She received several nominations and received praise for her initial film. Moore's first leading role was in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg's choice to cast Moore as the lead in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which is among the top grossing films of 1997, was a significant moment in her career. She was a part of Magnolia (1999) that was praised by critics which earned her an SAG nod for her role. She co-starred with Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep along with other actors in The Hours, which was awarded nine times at the Academy Awards. Other films she has acted in comprise The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), and many more. Non-Stop was her film of 2014. Moore was in a variety of movies and television shows. Most recently, she was in starring roles is In 2022: When You Finish Securing the World. She's established herself in Hollywood and is a successful children's book author. The first novel she wrote Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007, and was a bestseller on the New York Times. The book became a best seller, and was later made into a TV series and musical. Moore also wrote her memoir My Mom is a foreigner in 2013. Moore lives a flamboyant life as a well-known actor and a novelist. She was married John Robin in 1984 and they divorced in 1995. Bart Freundlich and Moore had two children together. Moore's life is all about her children, friends, and profession.
